Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible to build wire harness and carry out electrical testing and self-inspection for finish good completed on wire harness board.
• Performing the job by referring to the work instruction (WI & Laying Jig) and process traveller (PT) and other process control documents (BOM & Drawing) to ensure the quality of production is conforming to customer requirement is meet.
• Always practice and improve on productivity target given by Superior.
• Provide support on other duties whenever requested by superior including OT.
• Always referring to quality awareness, customer complaints, ODR and in process findings as awareness during work to improve quality level.
• Practices 6S, control of non-confirming materials and comply to QMS and EHS activities.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma on Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering related or equivalent fields.
• Experience related to cable assembly and wiring will be an added advantage.
• Soldering skills
• Able to interpret drawing will be an added advantage.
