About the Role

• Our client is looking for a Software Engineer (Front End) to support greenfield web development projects for enterprise and fintech clients. In this role, you will be deployed onsite at client locations in Singapore and work as part of a specialized technical team to build modern React-based applications from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern React technologies.
• Take ownership of greenfield application development, translating complex business requirements into scalable front-end solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between modern front-end applications and complex enterprise backend environments.
• Engage with client stakeholders to clarify technical requirements, provide project updates, and align on solutions.
• Work effectively within structured client-led sprint cycles while maintaining delivery quality and adapting to evolving project requirements.

Requirements

Must-have :

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in React development, with demonstrated experience building greenfield applications.
• Strong proficiency in developing high-performance UI components for enterprise-scale applications.
• Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Strong adaptability and a builder mindset, with the ability to remain effective in changing project environments.
• Comfortable working fully onsite at professional client environments in Singapore.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience working in professional services, consulting, or agency environments.
• Experience or domain knowledge in fintech, banking, or government sectors.
• Experience integrating modern front-end solutions with complex enterprise backend environments.
