Role Description The AI Orchestrator will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and optimizing AI-driven workflows and tools that support CGT Partners’ leadership advisory and talent solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Singapore involves collaborating with consultants, researchers, and leadership assessment experts to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI use cases and systems. The AI Orchestrator will manage AI platforms, oversee data pipelines, and ensure that models and tools are implemented ethically, securely, and in alignment with organizational standards. Day-to-day activities include configuring and integrating AI applications, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving workflows based on stakeholder feedback. The role also includes documenting processes, training team members on AI tools, and staying current with emerging technologies relevant to leadership assessment, talent development, and executive search.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in AI platforms and tools (e.g., orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, workflow automation) and the ability to design scalable AI-driven processes.
  • Competence in data handling and systems integration (e.g., APIs, data pipelines, data governance) with a focus on accuracy, security, and compliance.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to translate talent, leadership, or consulting needs into practical AI solutions and use cases.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including monitoring performance metrics, diagnosing issues, and implementing iterative improvements.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document AI workflows and train non-technical team members.
  • Prior experience in professional services, consulting, HR technology, or executive search is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment in Singapore and to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
