Responsibilities
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve user and system issues efficiently.
Candidates should possess skills in Desktop Computers and Computer Repair to install, maintain, and restore hardware and operating systems.
Candidates should possess Printer Support skills to configure, maintain, and fix printers and related peripherals.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of networks, operating systems (e.g., Windows), and common business applications.
Candidates should demonstrate clear communication skills, customer-focused service, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Candidates should ideally have relevant certifications or coursework (such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent) and prior experience in an IT support environment.
