10+ years of professional experience, including:

• PMO / program leadership roles in Life Insurance
• Management consulting or equivalent transformation roles

Proven experience in digital transformation initiatives, preferably involving:

• Digital distribution platforms
• Digital sales, onboarding, or customer journeys

Strong understanding of:

• Life insurance distribution models
• Regulatory constraints impacting digital channels
• Federated / matrix operating models

Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders across regions and cultures

Mandatory skills*

• Business-oriented PMO leadership (strategy-to-execution) : at least 3 years in leadership position
• Strong understanding of digital and platform-based transformation
• Executive communication and stakeholder influence
• Governance design and decision facilitation
• Risk, dependency, and portfolio management
• Cultural sensitivity and effectiveness in multicultural environments

Desired skills*

• Big 4 experiences are strong plus
