Hartamodal is a venture capital management company (VCMC) registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tradeview Capital. We back deserving Malaysian founders, with a particular focus on SMEs and some later stage startups with the goal of nurturing them all the way to an IPO. Our work spans fund management, deal sourcing, portfolio support.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct due diligence
• Build financial models, valuations, and investment analyses
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support founders
• Assist with fund operations, investor reporting, and compliance matters
• Conduct market and industry research to support investment decisions

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in VC, PE, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory (strong fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and writing abilities
• Interest in startups, SMEs, investing, and the Malaysian private markets ecosystem
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
