We are looking for an experienced M365 Migration / Modern Workplace Engineer to join a large-scale Microsoft 365 transformation programme supporting enterprise workplace modernization initiatives. This role will play a key part in delivering Microsoft 365 migration activities, modern endpoint management, and cloud workplace solutions while ensuring a seamless end-user experience throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Microsoft 365 migration projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, validation and post-migration support.
• Performing mailbox, Teams, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tenant migrations using tools such as MigrationWiz and other migration platforms.
• Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, etc.
• Designing, implementing and maintaining modern workplace solutions leveraging Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and cloud-based endpoint management technologies.
• Configuring device compliance policies, endpoint security baselines, application deployment, device provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate administrative, migration and operational tasks.
• Troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365, identity, authentication and endpoint-related issues through structured root cause analysis.
• Supporting Windows 11 deployments, cloud-managed devices and modern identity technologies.
• Diagnosing and resolving infrastructure and connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, DNS and wireless networking environments impacting Microsoft workplace services.
• Producing and maintaining technical documentation, implementation guides, runbooks, knowledge base articles and operational procedures.
• Working closely with project managers, infrastructure engineers, application teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participating in migration planning, testing, cutover activities and post-implementation support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration or Modern Workplace transformation projects within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with migration tools.
• Advanced experience administering Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, endpoint management, device compliance and configuration policies.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills with experience automating administrative and operational processes.
• Good understanding of Windows 11 deployment and cloud-managed endpoint environments.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS and related troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps or DevOps practices would be highly advantageous.
