Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Manager to lead software quality assurance initiatives across enterprise technology projects. This role is responsible for managing a team of automation engineers, driving quality strategies, establishing testing standards, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with deep expertise in test automation, quality governance, and modern software delivery practices. Experience with Tricentis Tosca and NeoLoad will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 automation engineers across regression and performance testing functions.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to develop team capabilities and promote best testing practices.
• Monitor team performance, workload allocation, and project delivery to ensure testing objectives are achieved.

Quality Strategy & Governance

• Define and implement quality assurance strategies, testing frameworks, and best practices across software development initiatives.
• Establish testing standards, quality metrics, and governance processes to drive continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies.

Test Management

• Develop and oversee comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, API, integration, and performance testing.
• Review test plans, test coverage, effort estimates, and testing deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee defect management, risk assessment, and quality reporting to support successful project delivery.

Stakeholder & Project Collaboration

• Partner with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, and Product Owners to define quality objectives and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure testing activities are aligned with project milestones and business expectations.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to optimize testing processes through automation and improved methodologies.
• Drive initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, reduce delivery timelines, and improve overall software quality.
• Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Explore and evaluate AI-assisted testing solutions and emerging technologies to improve testing productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
• Previous experience leading or managing software testing or QA teams.
• Strong knowledge of automation testing tools such as Tricentis Tosca, NeoLoad, or similar enterprise automation platforms.
• Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in test planning, estimation, quality metrics, defect lifecycle management, and testing governance.
• Knowledge of configuration management, risk management, and compliance practices.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools or intelligent testing solutions will be an advantage.
