Job Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales technical support for overseas data centre projects, working closely with the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including customer requirements analysis, technical discussions, solution design, and project development.

Design and develop data centre infrastructure solutions based on customer requirements and business scenarios, such as cloud computing, AI infrastructure, and enterprise data centres, with a focus on:

• Electrical power systems
• Power distribution architecture
• UPS systems
• Cooling systems
• Modular data centre solutions

Prepare technical deliverables for project tenders, including technical proposals, BOQ/BOM, technical specifications, and responses to customer technical queries.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Delivery, Supply Chain, and technology partners to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, commercially competitive, and deliverable.

Conduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and customer workshops to explain proposed solutions, clarify technical requirements, and build customer confidence.

Stay up to date with global data centre technologies, industry trends, and regional standards to continuously improve solution offerings.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or critical infrastructure, preferably in a pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting role.

Strong knowledge of data centre electrical infrastructure, including:

• UPS systems
• Power distribution
• Transformers
• Standby generators
• MV/LV electrical systems

Experience delivering end-to-end data centre projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, tender support, and project implementation.

Experience with one or more of the following organisations is highly preferred:

• System Integrators (SI)
• EPC Contractors
• Colocation Providers
• Data Centre Operators
• Data Centre Owners / End Users

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Fluent in English, with the ability to prepare technical documentation and conduct customer meetings independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting international or cross-border data centre projects.
• Experience with modular data centres, AI-ready data centres, or high-density computing environments.
• Familiarity with leading data centre infrastructure vendors and technologies (e.g. Schneider Electric, Vertiv, Eaton, ABB, Siemens, Huawei Digital Power, Delta, Legrand, Panduit, H3C, etc.).
