WE ARE HIRING | Finance Assistant Manager

Pembinaan Jaya Zira Sdn Bhd is expanding, and we are looking for a sharp, driven, and detail-oriented Finance Assistant Manager to join our team in Ampang, Selangor!

Role Overview

• Position: Finance Assistant Manager
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Location: Ampang, Selangor
• Industry: Construction / Property / Corporate

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily full finance & accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and analysis.
• Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and banking facilities.
• Liaise directly with external stakeholders (Auditors, LHDN, Bankers, Lawyers).
• Handle project budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4–5 years of solid accounting experience (construction/property experience is a strong advantage).
• Technical Expertise: Strong in full sets of accounts, cash flow management, and Malaysian tax laws (SST & LHDN corporate tax).
• Software Skills: Proficient in SQL, AutoCount, UBS/ERP, and Advanced Excel.
• Education & Professional: Degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA / CIMA / MIA qualification is a plus).
• Languages: Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
