- Leads the design development process across multiple brands and campaigns.
- Translates creative direction into refined and distinctive art direction.
- Provides clear direction and feedback to the working team.
- Ensures creative consistency across all touchpoints.
- Reviews visuals to meet standards across all channels (print, OOH, digital, and social).
- Oversees junior creatives and external vendors (retouchers, illustrators, etc.).

- Produces visuals that demonstrate originality, clarity, and craft.
- Elevates team craft through precision and direction.
STRATEGIC & CONCEPTUAL THINKING: shapes creative ideas with insight, clarity, and direction

- Collaborates with Art Directors and Copywriters to strengthen campaign ideas.
- Provides design solutions that balance creativity with client objectives.
- Contributes to pitches, case studies, and award entries.

MENTORSHIP & CULTURE BUILDING: guides the next generation of creatives and nurtures team growth

- Leads multiple projects independently while maintaining quality.

- Shares knowledge on design, shortcuts, and best practices.
- Supports Creative leads in building a positive, learning-based team culture.
- Represents the Creative department in internal and external meetings proactively.
