Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Management

  Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective resource allocation and support the university’s financial objectives.

2. Budgeting, Reporting & Analysis

  Lead the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of departmental and institutional budgets, while producing accurate financial reports and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

3. Compliance, Audit & Risk Management

  Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and taxation requirements; coordinate internal and external audits; and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

4. Treasury & Financial Systems Oversight

  Oversee treasury operations to ensure smooth and efficient cash management, while driving the optimization and continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.

5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while effectively communicating financial information and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

6. Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects

  Support organizational strategic planning, lead finance-related projects and initiatives, and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Financial Controller and Group CEO.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior executive role.

• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger functions.
