Role Description The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in WP Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing RPA solutions aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, configuring and developing RPA workflows, testing and troubleshooting bots, and ensuring smooth deployment and maintenance. The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, prepare project documentation, and provide user training and post-implementation support. The role also includes monitoring automation performance, recommending continuous improvements, and staying current with advancements in RPA, AI, and related technologies.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess business processes, identify automation opportunities, and interpret data-driven insights.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present solutions clearly, and prepare concise documentation.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge in Robotics and Process Automation, including RPA tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Understanding of Business Process design and optimization, including mapping workflows and defining process improvements.
• Relevant technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in consulting, solution delivery, or IT project implementation is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI, ML, or scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, .NET, Java) is a plus.
