Full-Time [Night] E-Commerce Associate (100% WFH)
Digital Stark is a premier marketing agency promoting Korea's top global brands (Buldak, SKIN1004, d'Alba, COSRX, Torriden, Clio, and Webtoon). We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Night E-Commerce Associate based in Malaysia to join our growing international team!
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver end-to-end customer support & manage customer expectations.
•Handle daily eCommerce operations (returns, refunds, complaints).
•Perform Quality Control (QC), data management, and CRM operations.
•Create copywriting for customer responses, product pages, and SNS.
Requirements:
•Language: Intermediate English.
•Experience: Prior Customer Service or eCommerce experience (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada seller platforms).
•Skills: Attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and accountability.
•Equipment: Own PC/Laptop with a stable internet connection.
Salary & Schedule:
•Salary: 1,925 MYR / Month (Negotiable based on skills)
•Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM [BKK Time] (Includes a 2-hour break)
•Perks: 100% WFH, 18 National Holidays, Birthday Money Support, up to 10 Days Annual Leave.
