Job Description: Corporate Event Services Executive
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy Corporate Event Services Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be the main face and host of our cooking studio for corporate clients—bringing vibrant energy, warmth, and seamless organization to every teambuilding session, corporate celebration, and culinary workshop.

Key Responsibilities1. Event Facilitation & Hosting (The "Ra-Ra" Host)
- Lead & Engage: Serve as the primary MC/host for corporate cooking events, welcoming guests, setting an upbeat tone, and keeping energy levels high throughout the session.
- Icebreakers & Games: Facilitate icebreaker games, teambuilding challenges, and culinary competitions tailored to corporate groups.
- Crowd Management: Confidently command the room, speak to large groups (20–70+ guests), and ensure every participant feels included and entertained.
2. Client Relationship & Account Management
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison for corporate clients from initial booking inquiries through event execution and post-event follow-up.
- Client Consultation: Understand client objectives, group dynamics, and special event requirements to tailor smooth, high-impact event itineraries.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain prompt, professional, and friendly communication, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat corporate bookings.
3. On-Site Coordination & Execution
- Seamless Operations: Coordinate event flow on the floor alongside our culinary team and chefs to ensure timing, transitions, and logistics run smoothly.
- Vendor & Material Prep: Oversee event setups, corporate branding requests, media/photo moments, and event materials.
- Issue Resolution: Handle on-the-spot client requests or unexpected changes with grace, adaptability, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Outgoing Personality: Naturally bubbly, expressive, charismatic, and comfortable hosting in front of large crowds.
- Strong Communication: Excellent spoken English with strong interpersonal skills; ability to easily engage with corporate teams and diverse groups.
- Event/Hospitality Experience: Prior experience in event hosting, corporate teambuilding facilitation, hospitality, or client-facing operations is preferred.
- Organisational Skills: Sharp attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment.
Compensation & Work Schedule
- Salary: S2,800 – S3,600 / month (commensurate with experience)
- Work Arrangement: 5-day work week (Schedule includes event-based coverage, including occasional evenings or weekends depending on corporate bookings, with off-days scheduled accordingly).
