About the Roles

Join our team as a Finance Manager with an established automotive organization based in Jurong East. This is a permanent role offering a structured 5.5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; alternate Saturday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM), with a focus on leading financial operations, reporting, and business planning. The role provides an opportunity to oversee key finance functions and contribute directly to the company’s financial performance and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
• Evaluate financial results against budgets and prepare variance analysis reports for management review.
• Establish and update accounting policies to support financial reporting requirements.
• Oversee full-set accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing processes.
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports, business activity reports, and financial projections.
• Supervise taxable income calculations and corporate income tax liability assessments.
• Prepare and review tax submissions while ensuring compliance with Singapore tax and financial reporting regulations.
• Coordinate annual financial audits with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Strengthen internal controls and safeguard the accuracy and reliability of financial records.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance operational efficiency and reporting standards.
• Maintain effective communication with auditors, tax agents, banks, regulatory authorities, and external parties.
• Support additional tasks and projects assigned by the Director.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in full-set accounting, corporate finance, or financial auditing.
• Strong understanding of Singapore tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage reporting timelines effectively.
• Capable of working independently while leading and supporting a finance team.
