Job Summary
Support the Assistant/Senior Project Manager in coordinating design, documentation, and project activities. Work with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate work progress with project managers, site teams, and factory personnel to ensure alignment and timely updates
- Review and verify that designs, drawings, and documents comply with required standards and technical specifications
- Liaise effectively with clients, architects, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate project communication and coordination
- Prepare and update shop drawings, technical documents, and project records to maintain accurate project documentation
- Submit material samples and documents to clients for approval to secure timely project progression
- Plan project schedules and monitor progress to ensure projects meet delivery deadlines
- Identify project delays promptly and support implementation of corrective actions to mitigate impact
- Ensure all project activities comply with authority requirements and tender specifications to maintain regulatory standards
- Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and other project-related documents to support safe and efficient execution
Requirements
- Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and ability to prioritise.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- 5.5 day work week
- Travelling to project sites is necessary

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
