• Process customer orders and transactions accurately.
• Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Conduct proactive follow-ups and customer outreach.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to customer reviews and feedback.
• Develop, maintain, and document the knowledge base and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Achieve customer service KPIs and performance targets.
