JOB SUMMARY
The Executive, Proposal and Business Development is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, preparing competitive proposals and tender submissions, and supporting business growth initiatives. The role works closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality proposals while contributing to the company's business growth and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, tenders, quotations, and technical-commercial submissions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely proposal submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and tender briefings.
- Support contract negotiations and project handover.
- Maintain tender records, sales pipeline, and business reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in proposal, tendering, business development, or sales.
- Experience in the elevator, escalator, engineering, or construction industry is an advantage.
- Good understanding of tendering processes and commercial documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel for business meetings and site visits.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
