THE JOBSCOPE

• Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the system.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set up before service and cleared after use.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer basic inquiries.
• Ensure cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and politely.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in F&B service (hotel/restaurant preferred).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Open for Malaysian only.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
