Agape is expanding across the region, and we’re looking for a highly driven Business Development leader to spearhead our commercial growth.

If you are a hunter with a strong regional network and a proven track record in acquiring new clients, this role is for you.

What you will do:

• Grow Agape’s footprint across SG/MY/ID

• Acquire new clients across insurance, telco, banking, ecommerce, logistics, healthcare & more

• Lead high-value sales cycles: prospecting → pitching → proposals → negotiation → closure

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies

• Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers

• Open new markets and drive revenue expansion

What we’re looking for:

• 7–12 years of experience in Business Development / Enterprise Sales

• Strong regional networks in Singapore, Malaysia, or Indonesia

• Proven success in closing high-value B2B contracts

• Experience with outsourcing, BPO, contact centre or enterprise services is an advantage

• Confident communicator with strong commercial instincts

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable travelling across the region

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
