Responsibilities:

• Receive, organize, and maintain digital files for print projects, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of prepress activities, including job specifications, revisions, and client to support accountability and traceability.
• Assist in conducting quality checks on prepress outputs to verify accuracy, consistency, and adherence to print specifications and quality standards.
• Provide general administrative support to the prepress department, including filing, copying, scanning, and other clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Professional Certificates/Diploma in any field
• Computer literate and can work independently
• Able to work under pressure and extra hours when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
