Star Concord Logistics Hiring! Full Time Customer Service - Documentation in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

• Require to have experience in import/export documentation processing.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Freight forwarding or equivalent.
• Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
• Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
• Handling various type of import, export and cross-trade shipments ranging from airfreight to sea freight to local transport delivery.
• Assists to manage current customer accounts.
• Handle shipments from booking stage till invoicing of customers before closing the job files.
• Coordinate with relevant parties including customers and sales team to ensure smooth operation of shipments.
• Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with rules and regulations.
• Manage customer's expectations and keep them informed of the status of their orders.
• Prepare and ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents.
• Replying customers email's enquiries.
• Open files (pre-alert) for incoming shipments.
• Monitor shipment progress and update customers on vessel schedules and potential delays.
• Able to multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
