Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and project budgets.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and material take-offs.
• Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and ensure budgets are maintained.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and project teams.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Required)
