Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation, warning and other HR-related letters.
- Assist in payroll administration, attendance, leave management and statutory submissions.
- Support performance appraisal, training coordination and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment laws.
- Handle employee enquiries and provide day-to-day HR administrative support.
- Liaise with government agencies and external parties on HR-related matters.
- Perform any other HR duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB) will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
