JOB DECSRIPTIONS:

• Source and purchase food, ingredients, packaging, and kitchen supplies.

• Maintain good supplier relationships and evaluate performance.

• Ensure timely deliveries and manage inventory to avoid shortages.

• Control costs and suggest cost-saving alternatives.

• Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Support daily operations and new menu launches.

• Keep accurate procurement records, invoices and reports.

• Work closely with Kitchen and operation team to meet daily needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, F&B Management, or related field.

• 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in F&B or restaurants.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of restaurant supplies and food ingredients.

• Ability to plan, manage inventory, and solve supply issues.

• Proficient in Excel and basic procurement system

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with good coordination skills.

• Ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
