Position: Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher

Tenure: 1 year contract ( Renewable)

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Working Hours: Rotational Shift Basis

Basic Salary: Starting from RM 1700 ( Negotiable) + Shift allowance + OT

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare loading documents (slips, schedules, confirmations) and email to relevant parties.
• Generate KPI reports and collect data.
• Maintain inventory and update control logs.
• Process customer self-pickup orders by creating DTs and shipments in the system.
• Monitor truck loading times to ensure on-time shipment.
• Extract delivery tickets for audit compliance.
• Coordinate with planners to correct order/loading errors.
• Track and follow up on orders diverted to Error Correction (EC) until resolved.

Requirements:

• SPM/ Diploma Holder
• 5 years of related working experience

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
