Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to business communication requirements.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Manager in daily administrative, operational, and business-related activities.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Follow up with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor project progress and assist in coordinating business activities.
• Conduct market research, prepare business reports, and analyze data.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems.
• Assist in planning and implementing business development initiatives.
• Handle enquiries and provide administrative support to the management team.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Business Manager or Management.

Preferred Candidate

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to business communication requirements.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
