We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and motivated Workshop Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
• Monitor mechanics' work quality and productivity.
• Assign repair jobs and manage workflow.
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and repair progress.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper workshop practices.
• Train and guide workshop staff when required.
• Handle workshop operations
• Able to Handle Diagnostic tool

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience leading or supervising a workshop team is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of vehicle diagnosis and repair.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
