Job Responsibilities

• Handle import and export customs declarations and clearance.
• Manage LMW operations and ensure compliance with JKDM requirements.
• Prepare and submit documents for LMW licence renewal.
• Support and coordinate Customs audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Perform LMW inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain complete customs, shipping, and audit records.
• Liaise with JKDM, freight forwarders, and relevant government authorities.
• Handle Dagang Net, ePermit, shipping documents, and Customs applications.
• Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs, import/export, or LMW operations.
• Hands-on experience in LMW licence renewal and Customs audits.
• Familiar with Customs forms, Dagang Net, ePermit, and shipping documentation.
• Good knowledge of JKDM and LMW compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
