Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Renovation Electrician Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, wiring, troubleshooting, and supporting renovation works to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Job Description

• Perform electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, and repair works.
• Install electrical fixtures, switches, sockets, lighting, DB boards, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Plan electrical layouts and calculate electrical load requirements to ensure safe and efficient power distribution.
• Size cables, breakers, and other electrical components according to project requirements and applicable standards.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and renovation plans.
• Carry out painting, touch-up, and finishing works when required.
• Assist with general renovation and maintenance works at project sites.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
• Complete assigned tasks within project timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in renovation electrical works.
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, installation, troubleshooting, and load calculation.
• Able to calculate electrical power consumption, determine circuit loading, and recommend suitable electrical protection and cable sizing.
• Basic skills in painting and finishing works.
• Able to read electrical drawings is an advantage.
• PW2/PW4 Wireman or Chargeman certification is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence is an added advantage.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to different project sites and work overtime when required.
