What You'll Do

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and assist customers throughout their purchasing journey.
• Follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
• Build good relationships with customers through professional communication and follow-ups.
• Update customer records and sales information in the company's system.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team sales performance.
• Assist in hosting TikTok & Facebook Live sessions to introduce products and engage with viewers.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotions and campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM/ Diploma & Degree in any related field
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp.
• Sales-driven, responsible, and consistent with follow-ups.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer service is an advantage.
• No experience in Live hosting is required — training will be provided.
