HR Payroll Assistant (Fresh Graduates are Welcome) or HR Executive
Kickstart your career in Human Resources! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our team as an HR Payroll Assistant or Executive. Key Responsibilities
- Learn and manage monthly payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, statutory deductions, overtime, allowances, and employee benefits.
- Assist in foreign worker administration, including document preparation, medical check-up arrangements, work permit renewals, and liaison with relevant authorities.
- Prepare, compile, and submit documents to government agencies, including the Immigration Department and other statutory bodies.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, preparing employment documents, and assisting with employee onboarding.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and maintaining employee training and development programmes, including training schedules, attendance records, and training documentation.
- Assist in preparing and submitting claims to government agencies, including training grant applications and other HR-related claims.
- Support the team in ensuring all HR and payroll activities comply with the latest labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and proper record management.
- Participate in HR improvement initiatives, projects, and other ad-hoc assignments as required.
What We Look For (Qualifications)
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR Payroll Assistant: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
- HR Executive: Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience is preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to business communication requirements.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuchai Lama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
