Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide property information and advice to potential buyers/tenants.
• Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients.
• Market listings through online platforms (PropertyGuru, iProperty, Mudah, social media).
• Prepare basic documentation before submitting to lawyers/banks.
• Provide progress updates and reports to clients and the company.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• REN Tag required / willing to attend the 2-day NCC REN course.
• Good communication skills and confident dealing with clients.
• Own transport is an added advantage.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
