Job Responsibilities

• Brainstorming, conceptualising, ideating, and working with a team to execute creative briefs
• Produce high-quality visuals—This includes brand films, key visuals, and ATL and BTL collaterals.
• Stay up to date with current design trends and technologies.
• Work on multiple projects with tight deadlines, effectively managing time and prioritising tasks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs
• Accountable for the work assigned by the creative team and ensuring all work is as per brand guidelines and platforms.
• Active involvement in creative pitches and campaign proposals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Good knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, and AE)
• 3-5 years of related working experience in an Advertising agency
• Multi-tasker and able to work independently in a fast-turnaround environment
• Excellent portfolio of designs demonstrating exceptional visual creativity and originality.
• Strong core skills in establishing visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and colour effectively
• Strong understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Premiere Pro will be an added advantage
