Role Description The Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, including coordinating corporate and group orders, monitoring service delivery, and resolving operational issues promptly. The Operation Executive will work closely with key account managers, merchants, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customer commitments are met. Typical tasks include tracking performance metrics, managing order workflows, updating internal systems, and supporting process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The role also involves communicating with stakeholders, aligning operations with service standards, and contributing to the smooth scaling of SmartBite’s services.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily workflows and ensure service quality.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track performance, interpret data, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams, merchants, and corporate clients.
- Experience in food delivery, logistics, or tech-enabled services operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with operations or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
