Lead and Develop the Infrastructure Team

  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team comprising infrastructure engineers, system administrators, network engineers, database administrators, and IT technicians.
  • Manage resource planning, workload prioritization, performance management, and professional development.
  • Foster collaboration, technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Ensure effective IT/OT network segmentation and secure connectivity within manufacturing environments.
  • Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, problem management, and change management activities.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, including regular DR testing and validation.
  • Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, automation, and capacity management to minimize downtime.

Infrastructure Strategy and Governance

  • Develop and execute infrastructure technology roadmaps aligned with business and manufacturing requirements.
  • Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, automation, and technology refresh programs.
  • Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, hardware lifecycle, and support contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, network engineering, cloud operations, or related technical roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role.
  • Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, networking, storage, databases, backup, disaster recovery, and identity and access management.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, IT/OT network segmentation, business continuity, disaster recovery, infrastructure monitoring, automation, and high-availability environments.
  • Experience with infrastructure planning, capacity management, technology lifecycle management, vendor management, budgeting, and infrastructure governance.
  • Experience supporting 24/7 manufacturing or mission-critical environments is highly preferred; semiconductor manufacturing experience, including MES and industrial/OT environments, is an advantage.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, AWS, ITIL, CISSP/CISM, Nutanix) are preferred.
