We are looking for a passionate and motivated - Intern, Human Resources to support the recruitment team in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives, campus engagement activities, and HR data management while working closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the preparation of recruitment reports, hiring updates and new joiner file.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires when required.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's talent attraction strategy.
• Assist in organizing and participating in career fairs, university engagement activities, and recruitment events.
• Assist in data migration and data entry activities for new recruitment and HR systems.
