Responsibilities
"The City Bakery" in Japan ia bakery founded in 1990 in Union Square, New York first landed in Osaka in 2013 and has since expanded to over 48 outlets in Tokyo, Fukuoka, Nagano, Kanagawa, Kyoto, Nagoya, Hiroshima and Sendai is opening its first Singapore branch at Orchard this August. It will consist of a bakery, a cafe and a restaurant.
The store aims to be a "city bakery" just like in Japan, providing a rich bread-based lifestyle
We now have opening for the below positions
Western Cusine Chef
If you’re passionate about food & cooking,
Salary : 2,550 to $3,800 ( base on working experience )
4 or 5/5.5 days work week (Can choose 4 or 5/5.5 days work week, salary will be access accordingly)
Annual Leave and PH
Medical and Hospitalization insurance
Singaporeans/PR/LTVP welcome
New Outlet coming up in Orchard Area Aug 2026
Resquirements
Assist in preparation of food, cooking and other general duties in the kitchen
Always ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and dining area
Organize and store food supplies properly in kitchen, cold room and storeroom
Support day-to-day cafe operations whenever required
Job Requirements
Passion for food and willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Good attitude
Service orientated, dynamic and a good team player
Enthusiastic neat smart and reliable
We are happy to train and develop anyone with the right atttitude
