Role Overview

An organisation within the critical infrastructure sector is seeking an Architecture Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of architectural programmes across large-scale projects. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and external partners to drive design governance, standardisation, quality assurance and successful project execution throughout the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural programmes across multiple regional projects.
• Manage design development and ensure alignment with project standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors and vendors throughout project delivery.
• Provide technical reviews and recommendations during design, construction and operational phases.
• Support the development and standardisation of architectural guidelines and specifications.
• Monitor programme risks, issues and mitigation plans while maintaining project trackers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on design quality, efficiency and delivery.
• Oversee QA/QC reviews, site inspections and compliance activities.
• Support commissioning, handover and defect resolution processes.
• Maintain project reporting, documentation and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Building Design or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing large-scale architectural programmes or projects.
• Strong understanding of design, construction and project delivery processes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, design governance and industry best practices.
• Strong programme management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience within data centres, mission-critical facilities or complex infrastructure environments is highly advantageous.
