Responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people and working in a fun retail environment, we welcome your application.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with rearranging prizes in toy catcher machines when required.
Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and overall presentation of the shop.
Provide customers with guidance and gameplay tips to enhance their experience.
Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
Conduct monthly stock-taking and inventory checks.
Perform basic administrative duties, including data entry using Microsoft Office.
Requirements
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
