Job Summary

You will manage customer relationships, coordinate workshop operations, and drive sales to ensure profitable vehicle repairs and services. Collaborate with vendors and mechanics to deliver timely, high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and company targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers and drivers to enhance customer loyalty
• Manage customer expectations throughout the repair and service process to ensure satisfaction
• Recommend value-added services to increase business revenue and customer retention
• Serve as a trusted service advisor by providing expert guidance to customers
• Handle daily sales enquiries for repairs and workshop services, ensuring prompt responses
• Prepare accurate quotations and obtain customer approval before commencing work
• Manage vehicle intake and oversee repair completion to maximize profitability, whether in-house or subcontracted
• Own sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with workshop supervisors to schedule servicing and repairs efficiently
• Source spare parts and external services in coordination with the team to support timely repairs
• Monitor work-in-progress closely to maintain vehicle turnaround schedules
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with external service providers for specialized jobs to control costs
• Manage cost and margin across the vendor-to-company-to-customer chain to ensure profitability
• Coordinate external repairs for minor accident work to maintain service quality
• Apply technical knowledge gained through theory and hands-on experience with mechanics to support repair work
• Assist mechanics with complex repairs when required to ensure effective problem resolution
