Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery and purchase orders.

• Label, sort, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system (e.g., Syspro).

• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and support inventory audits.

• Prepare and issue materials to production according to BOMs and material lists.

• Ensure correct quantities and part numbers are supplied to production.

• Support kitting activities and ensure timely material delivery to the production floor.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or stock discrepancies.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safe storage practices.

• Support loading and unloading of goods.

• Report damaged, defective, or non-conforming materials promptly.

• Support daily warehouse and production operations as assigned.

Job Requirements:-

• GCE O Level/ ITE or with related basic warehouse or logistics experience (manufacturing environment preferred)

• Training will be provided

• Familiar with inventory systems (e.g. Syspro) is an advantage

• Team player with good communication skills
