Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team part-time in Singapore, Central. You will process transactions accurately, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to support smooth customer flow
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience
• Demonstrate honesty, responsibility, and punctuality in all work duties
• Maintain good personal hygiene and professional appearance to represent the brand well

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of cashier experience in a bakery, café, or similar F&B environment
• Minimum qualification of secondary education or high school

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
