Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:

Business Analyst

• Review of Asset Management System (AMS) and related enterprise systems through structured analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change facilitation
• Conduct stakeholder engagements (e.g. workshops, interviews) to gather operational requirements and user feedback
• Document current‑state (“as‑is”) processes, workflows, and system touchpoints
• Identify process gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop future‑state (“to‑be”) process models and high‑level functional requirements
• Analyse findings and support formulation of recommendations for improved operating models
• Support change management and user engagement activities, including preparation of engagement materials and consolidation of feedback
• Produce clear documentation such as process maps, analysis summaries, and recommendation papers
