About the Role

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded Senior Admissions Executive to support admissions operations across the region. This role is not primarily a student recruitment position. The key focus is to manage student applications, support students, parents, institutional partners, and sub-agency partners, and ensure every admissions case is handled accurately, professionally, and efficiently.

The Senior Admissions Executive will work closely with schools, universities, education partners, sub-agencies, and internal teams to process applications, answer enquiries, follow up on cases, resolve issues, and provide high-quality admissions support throughout the student journey.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Application Processing

  • Manage the full application process, including document collection, application checking, submission, follow-up, offer acceptance, and enrolment preparation.
  • Review students’ academic backgrounds and ensure applications meet the entry requirements of schools, colleges, universities, and pathway programmes.
  • Check application documents carefully and ensure all required information is complete, accurate, and properly submitted.
  • Monitor application progress and follow up with students, parents, partners, and institutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper admissions records, student documents, application status updates, and communication logs.
  • Assist in preparing offer acceptance documents, enrolment materials, and other admissions-related paperwork.

Enquiry Handling & Student Support

  • Respond professionally to enquiries from students, parents, partners, and sub-agencies.
  • Provide accurate information on programme requirements, admissions procedures, documentation, timelines, fees, progression pathways, and institutional policies.
  • Support students and parents throughout the application and admissions journey.
  • Handle urgent cases, difficult questions, and special application situations with patience, care, and professionalism.
  • Ensure all enquiries and follow-ups are handled promptly and clearly.

Partner & Sub-Agency Support

  • Work closely with sub-agency partners to support their student applications and admissions enquiries.
  • Provide application guidance, document checklists, programme updates, and admissions support to partner agencies.
  • Maintain smooth communication with partner schools, colleges, universities, and education institutions.
  • Coordinate with institutional partners regarding application requirements, missing documents, offer letters, student status, and case follow-ups.
  • Support partner communication to ensure accurate and consistent admissions information is provided.

Issue Resolution & VIP Client Service

  • Assist in handling complex admissions cases, escalations, complaints, and urgent application matters.
  • Provide high-quality service to VIP clients, key partners, and important student cases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external institutions to resolve application, enrolment, documentation, or student service issues.
  • Ensure students, parents, and partners receive clear, timely, and reliable support.
  • Escalate serious or sensitive cases to the management team when necessary.

Process Support & Operational Improvement

  • Support the improvement of admissions workflows, templates, checklists, and internal tracking systems.
  • Assist in maintaining clear standards for application processing, enquiry response, document checking, and partner communication.
  • Share feedback with the team to improve admissions efficiency, service quality, and accuracy.
  • Support junior team members by providing guidance on application procedures, document checking, and case follow-up when required.
  • Ensure admissions work is completed with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Education, Business, Management, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, application processing, student services, education operations, or international education.
  • Good understanding of education systems from K-12 to higher education.
  • Experience working with education agencies, sub-agencies, schools, colleges, or universities will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications at the same time.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong service mindset, especially when dealing with parents, VIP clients, and institutional partners.
  • Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent cases.
  • Able to work independently while also supporting team objectives.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to support regional students, parents, and partners.
