Job Responsibilities

• To initiate or execute marketing plans and promotional activities to increase the sales efficiency for company’s product
• To sell products by establishing new and existing contacts and developing relationships with prospective clients
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
• Support market campaigns to support sales and company goals in ASEAN
• Manage delivery of outbound marketing activities in Asia such as event marketing, email campaigns, digital and social media marketing
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance while researching new opportunities to enhance market & sales growth
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure the ongoing success and sustainability of the accounts
• Good communication skills with adaptability to different situations and clients
• Supply customer with excellent services through responding to customer’s enquiry, making appointment and after sales service
• Expedite and resolve customer complaints and problems to the maximize of satisfaction
• Results and target driven, customer-focused, strong team player and self-motivated
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Provide awareness of company marketing initiatives through Digital and Social media marketing
• To manage upcoming events and promote the products to potential clients
• Submit report that required by management for track sales, competitive activities
• Follow up with clients to create good working relationships that fosters strong customer base
  
  

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
• At least two (2) years experience in related field is required for this position
• Prior sales experience in IT products would be preferred
• Able to work independently, good communication skills (both oral and written in English)
• Good communication skills and good team player with can-do attitude
• MUST possess own car
• Willing to travel if required to
