China Railway Construction Group Hiring! Full Time Building Engineer - Project Coordinator in Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on engineering design, submissions, and related documentation.

• Oversee and implement quality assurance plans concerning architectural aspects.

• Manage documents and drawing control to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Supervise daily engineering activities and monitor project progress on-site.

• Liaise and coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers to develop construction details.

• Identify and resolve potential architectural design issues and interface challenges between different trades.

• Monitor site progress, coordinate work sequences, and manage on-site materials in collaboration with the Site Agent.

• Prepare progress reports and maintain submission schedules to ensure timely project delivery.

Job requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Building Engineering, Building, Construction Management or relevant discipline.

• Professional qualifications such as MHKIE, MAIB, MCIOB, MHKICM or equivalent is a definite advantage.

• At least 6 years’ experience in building construction or private residential projects with main contractors.

• Experience in structural work co-ordination will be an advantage.

• Familiar with AutoCAD drafting and Microsoft Project manipulation.

• Well-organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Immediate availability preferred.
