Job Description

Responsibilities

The Job

  • Client: A listed Property Developer

  • Position: Accountant

  • Responsibilities: Handle full-set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations; Prepare month-end closing, financial statements; Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, etc

  • $30-35K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Business Admin., or related disciplines

  • Professional qualification; HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent

  • Min. 5 years experience in accounting preferably gained in real estate / property industry.

  • Able to handle full-set of accounts independently

  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua

  • Proficient in Oracle system preferred
