  3. Production control tower: Ensure the right monitoring tools are in place — easy to access and understand — for both daily platform stability/performance tracking and ad hoc analysis.
  4. Technical advisor: Run tests and ad hoc analyses on the platform to spot recurring or upcoming bottlenecks and gaps, then propose fixes — whether by refactoring algorithms, redesigning components, or resizing infrastructure.
  5. DevOps engineer: Use the existing inner-sourcing framework to implement agreed changes, either collaboratively or independently.
  6. Agility enabler: Help keep the CI/CD pipeline safe and efficient — a key factor in production stability and fast issue resolution.
  7. Strategic thinker: Partner with the Asia and global delivery teams to continuously drive technical and organizational excellence.
  8. Technology evangelist: Bring AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot into your daily work to boost development speed, business safety, and delivery quality.

  5. Fluent English required.

Technical experience

  1. C# and/or Python skills are a plus.
  2. Comfortable supporting systems in a Windows Server environment (Windows services, IIS, Scheduled Tasks).
  3. Familiar with UNIX environments, with solid navigation skills and the ability to read and understand UNIX shell / Perl scripts.
  4. Strong SQL querying skills, with the ability to read Stored Procedures and a basic understanding of query optimization.
  5. Background supporting large batch systems (typically Control-M).
  6. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as ITRS Geneos, OMI, etc.
  7. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Product experience

  1. Basic knowledge of financial instruments: Stocks, Indices, Options, Futures, Swaps, etc.
  2. Understanding of P&L and VaR concepts.
